Hudson River Tunnel Tubes – September 30, 2014

Currently, 450 commuter and intercity trains enter Penn Station each day from New Jersey. The Gateway Program will double Amtrak intercity rail capacity and allow for rehabilitation work for both damaged tubes of the Hudson River tunnel.
