Hollidae and her son, E.B., return to Meridian, Miss., from a fishing expedition in North Carolina with a few big fish stories and memories of a view of the countryside at sea level. E.B.’s favorite thing about Amtrak? “Looking out the window… it’s a lot more fun than a plane because you can move around and see different things.”
