New Stops on the Pacific Surfliner
You speak and we listen! Starting today, the Pacific Surfliner service between Oceanside and San Diego will add four new stops to its route – Carlsbad Village, Carlsbad Poinsettia, Encinitas and Sorrento Valley. This means that everyday of the week, the Pacific Surfliner will now stop at all eight San Diego County stations (queue the applause).
Whether you’re a solo explorer, a worker bee commuter or a family of four, the new stops have a little something something for everybody.
Carlsbad Village & Poinsettia
Home of Legoland® California, numerous scenic lagoons and trails, the Carlsbad area is a great spot for day trips, weekend getaways and kid-like adventures. Let the memory making begin.
As soon as you step off of the train in this coastal community, you’ll want to stay outside all day. Golfers can golf, surfers can surf and beach babies can turn into beach bums. Worried about how to get your clubs and board on the train? Don’t be. They can come with you, promise!
Techies, we didn’t forget about you. With the new stop in Sorrento Valley the women and men that make up this high tech community can now come and go a little easier.
